National Scope (Spain):
- Mainland Spain:
Standard shipping is included in the product price.
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 working days from order confirmation. - Balearic and Canary Islands:
An additional shipping surcharge applies, calculated according to the weight and volume of the product.
Estimated delivery time: 4 to 7 working days.
All shipments include tracking numbers and are carefully packed to protect the integrity of the product during transport.
Returns
The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The products must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of use, and with all accessories, documentation and original packaging.
Return costs will be borne entirely by the customer, regardless of their location.
Once the product is received and verified its condition, we will proceed to the corresponding refund.
Note: Additional shipping costs are not refundable.
Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that show signs of use, wear, stains, aesthetic damage or alterations.
- Products returned without the complete original packaging, manuals, accessories or documentation included.
- Products damaged by misuse, improper installation or transportation not authorized by Healthy Suits.
- Products with broken security seals (when applicable).
- Requests for returns outside the legal period of 14 calendar days from receipt.
