Soldavigil, incorporates Muscle Suit Every exoskeletons from Healthy Suits

Soldavigil, an Asturian company with more than 30 years of history, incorporates Muscle Suit Every exoskeletons in order to improve working conditions, as well as the health and working environment of its employees. Aligned with its philosophy of continuous improvement (Kaizen), the use of exoskeletons allows Soldavigil to reduce muscular overloads derived from manual welding processes, optimize these processes and take advantage of the power of robotics to improve people’s working lives.

Kaizen is a word of Japanese origin, composed of two synograms meaning “good” and “change”; in other words, it is a system of continuous improvement based on small but constant improvements, which result in great benefits in the long term.

Soldavigil develops activities of Welding of Metallic Components for the Automotive, Railway, Storage Systems, Renewable Energies, Shipbuilding and Metal Construction in general.

Since its beginnings in 1992, Soldavigil has followed a path of upward growth that has allowed it to currently have 8,000 m2 distributed in 2 work centers, with a staff of 120 workers.

We would like to thank Jose Tascón Vigil and Jaime Frade Castro for their predisposition and involvement in the exoskeleton implantation process, as well as all the staff who attended us and shared with us the testing day in their facilities. Thanks to all of them, the implementation of exoskeletons in your company is now a reality.
