Healthy Suits and Badalona Serveis Assistencials winners of the first innovation awards organized by CSC and Roche Farma.

Improving the healthcare model through innovation contributes to a better quality of life for people. With the aim of recognizing innovative initiatives in this field, the Consorci de Salut i Social de Catalunya and Roche Farma presented the first CSC Impulsa Awards. The winning projects will contribute to generating solutions to the needs of the current healthcare system. The jury awarded three proposals from among the 14 finalists selected. The winning project was ‘The prevention of musculoskeletal disorders in healthcare personnel through the use of the Exoskeleton’, by Badalona Servicios Asistenciales with the participation of Healthy Technical Suits. The applications presented stood out for their varied subject matter and came from different parts of Catalonia. Roche Farma supported the organization of the CSC Awards as part of its commitment to innovation and public-private collaboration. In addition to the prize money, the heads of the three winning projects will have access to a mentoring program to work on improving the initiatives.
