What was the reason for considering implementing exoskeletons in your company?

The reason for purchasing the exoskeletons was obviously to reduce the workload of our workers, especially in the packaging area. In other words, for reasons of reducing occupational hazards.

As an initial phase; where will exoskeletons be implemented in Scharlab, S.L.?

The exoskeletons have been purchased mainly for the packaging department, but can also be used in other departments such as logistics, production and maintenance.

Why did you choose Healthy Suits exoskeletons?

I saw the advertising for these exoskeletons and found them practical, simple and immediately usable in the SCHARLAB facility. After the first test, before the purchase, it was confirmed. Finally, the price seemed to me to be right.

Due to the use of exoskeletons, have the working environments and the health of your workers improved?

Those of us who know how work dynamics work in the industry know that implementing new equipment and new protections, even if it is for the good of the operators, are actions that cost money and require continuous training and follow-up.

Undoubtedly, the use of this equipment reduces the workload when handling mainly 25 kg bags and drums, thus avoiding back problems for the operators, which is good for their health.

From your organization, are you satisfied with the results of working and collaborating with Healthy Suits?

Yes, they have demonstrated that they have a good exoskeleton and from the first day the service they have provided in support of training in the use of the equipment has been very correct.
